Daily Consultations (1hr / day; 4 days / week) refer to advisory with Management / Product / Technical regarding day-to-day activities and challenges, advice regarding overcoming challenges (some of these slots may also be swapped for presence at Scrum events), may also include the presence of the entire development team; consultation scope is unlimited
Unlimited Consultations refers to unlimited ad hoc consultations with Management / Product / Technical to resolve challenges in close to real-time (see “Conditions” section), may include additional stakeholders (employees / clients / vendors) in those ad hoc consultations; consultation scope is unlimited
