Product Concept Assessment refers to assessing the business needs and the possible value of the product, as well as whether the product concept is an adequate solution. The deliverable is a report describing the business needs, business value, the extent to which the product answers the business needs, and improvements in the product concept to be more aligned with business needs, as well as a roadmap.
Product Design Assessment refers to assessing the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of the product, in order to assess how usable the product is, since that has a key impact on user adoption. The deliverable is a report describing the extent to which the product design is aligned with the product concept, and its suitability for the target users.
Solution Architecture Assessment refers to assessing the overall solution architecture of the product, and the extent to which it suits the intended purpose. The deliverable is a report describing the business needs, the extent to which the solution is adequate for the business case, as well as a roadmap.
We work with Product Owners (POs), Scrum Masters (SMs) and the Development Team, in building the right product using Scrum and assessing the team resource capabilities.
