Website Hosting Setup includes one-time setup domain name / web host setup, SSL setup, WordPress Installation, Backup setup
Website Maintenance includes hosting, general maintenance (WordPress upgrades, plugin upgrades, regression testing), minor support / changes in accordance with existing design (editing text, updating services / products)
The duration is rough / indicative, but timeframes for overall development are specified in the contract
Option 1. Banner Design (1 week) - Designing the job ad banner based on existing company branding. Includes up to 3 revisions of banner design. Out of scope: Optivem does not communicate with the Job Platform (e.g. Infostud), Optivem does not write nor review the job ad text, nor any other activities regarding job ad text.
Option 2. Banner & Text Design (1 week) - Includes everything in option 1, additionally includes text design, whereby Optivem provides an outline of recommended job sections to the client, and Optivem also performs text format design. Includes up to 3 revisions of text design. Optivem communicates with the Job Platform (e.g. Infostud) by sending the text as well as the instructions for formatting, Optivem performs reviews of the CSS result designed by the Job Platform, this may take multiple iterations. Out of scope: Optivem does not review text content, but only designs text formatting.
Option 3. Banner, Text Design & Copyrighting (2 weeks) - Includes everything in Option 2, additionally includes Copyrighting. The client provides the job ad draft, and there is a meeting between the client and Optivem. Optivem writes the job advertisement taking into account employer branding, company values, common practices in job ad writing, marketing focus to attract talent. Client reviews the job ad, Optivem may do further updates if necessary. Includes up to 3 revisions of text context.
