Onboarding refers to the 1-month period when the new hire commences their position, refers to supporting leaders in setting up expectations for the new hires, as well as the tasks and activities to accomplish basic goals for the 1-month period
The costs of posting job advertisements are handled by the client. Optivem may propose job recruitment platforms (typically Infostud and LinkedIn) and job advertisement types/formats, but the client reserves the right to make a decision and payments. The company’s HR department is responsible for scheduling and organizing meetings and making calls with potential candidates. Sources of incoming candidates include: job sites, recruitment agencies, headhunters, referrals, and internal company employees. In the case of a failed hire (no contract extension beyond 3 months due to any reason), Optivem will compensate for the recruitment costs or find an alternative hire.
